I love food. I enjoy cooking. I come from a Chinese family with a mother who can COOK. A father who is Chinese but born in India so I grew up eating curry as well as southern Chinese food. I was lucky enough to grow up in one of the most multicultural cities in the world..Toronto. Also, lucky enough to be exposed to so many authentic flavors of food from all over the world. I also spent a year in Japan teaching English so I can appreciate the details of Japanese food as well. I'm pretty critical with my tastes...so trust me!
