Es ist eigentlich kein Lokal, ein Marktstand ist das Objekt der Begierde und serviert wird preisgünstige unaufwendige Küche, die vor allem gut schmeckt und dem Geldbörserl nicht weh tut. Gekocht wird mit marktfrischen Zutaten und getrunken wird vor allem selbst gemachten Eistee (leider mit eher wenig Geschmack, aber wenn mans mit dem Softdrink vergleicht um Welten gesünder und natürlicher). Auch der obligatorische Treuepass darf in Graz nicht fehlen und so ist jede zehnte Speise (oder jedes zehnte Bier) gratis! Wenn man keinen freien Platz sieht: keine Panik!
