Arrived 2 hours late. Taking 4 hours to pack a 2 bedroom apartment under 1000 sq foot, Add additional 1hour travel time equals 5 hours. Totally not happy. Not in uniform. They are cheap for a reason. Go ahead & spend the extra for someone else.

This company is the worst!!!!!! They arrivied 4 hours late. I only had 1 day to move so I could not call another company at that point so I waited. There were 2 guys one of them kept running back to the truck to sit down. I complained to the manager Tim and he said I only charging you the flat rate. Dude you were and then the guys you sent were lazy. Do not use they have a low price for a reason.

Great Job Guys! I thought moving from Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, GA would be a nightmare. Fortunately, I called Principle Moving, and they took care of everything. The guys were friendly, they got the truck packed in less than 3 hours, and my stuff arrived undamaged. Thank you soooooo much guys!
