    I absolutely loved my experience with Luxury Auto Works! Being a younger woman in the Austin area & having no automobile service experience I was very skeptical about which auto service repair shop to take my Mercedes Benz to. My warranty recently expired & I have been traveling quite a lot this summer and low n behold my AC dies! I was in a hurry to have my Benz fixed but I wanted to price around and compare prices to my dealership, just to see if I could find anything less expensive yet comparable quality. I found Luxury Auto Works!
    Luxury Auto Works certified technicians are so helpful when explaining to me what exactly is wrong with my Benz & why the problem occurred in a way that was easy for me to understand. The shop was not only spotless but air conditioned, so It was comfortable for me as a woman to actually stand next to the technician under the hood as he explained to me the issues my Benz was having. The staff is so friendly & nice, offering beverages & a comparable loaner vehicle to use at my convenience! The location is in the same neighborhood as most the luxury branded dealerships in north Austin but I know I am getting a better price & better service! I am loyal forever & recommend Luxury Auto Works to all of my friends & coworkers!
