A new update to Tupalo today!
We’ve added the ability for users to find friends on Tupalo who they may know from other social networks around the web!
For now we’re supporting Twitter, Flickr, Last.fm and LiveJournal, but we’re going to be adding many more services in the near future (including Soup.io)!
By adding your Twitter username, you will also be able to Tweet directly from Tupalo spot pages, giving you the ability to send a 1-click Tweet letting your friends know where you’re heading and when! In the future we’ll be adding more nifty integrations for other services, such as more easily adding your photos from Flickr to spots, posting your reviews to your blog and other networks and much more.
We’ve also added a member search, allowing you to search for your friend’s names or usernames! If you don’t find anyone, how about inviting them to join you in sharing the best stuff in your neighborhood?
