  Redroaster roasts wonderful and carefully selected beans and then grinds them up, brews and sells them in liquid form at their (independent) cafe. It seems that Brightonians appreciate good roasts, because the place is full even on a mid-afternoon on a weekday. Service is friendly and jokey and makes the wait fun.
  I had a soy latte with hazelnut syrup and a (big) slice of vegan banana nut cake and both were finger-licking good! The interior is stylish and very comfortable, look up so you don't miss the shelves of old coffee making gadgets!
  Hanging out for a while or a long while is not frowned about, and on the way out you can check out the many posters and flyers for what's going on music and culturewise in the city. Recommended.
