Great vegan ice-cream and desserts.

Even vegan cakes. The ice-cream is really creamy. Maybe a little bit too sweet. I tried mint-chocolate-chip and cookie-dough.

By the way: Penny Licks is on Bedford Ave. in Williamsburg and not on Staten Island. The map is showing it wrong...
