I only put one star because they are forcing me to put a star. I m baffled anyone got great service out of these crooks, it must be the employees posting. They ripped us off - $150 to tow less than one mile. Then when we called to complain, they said they would have the driver call us. Someone called from the driver s phone number pretending to be a manager (it was the driver) and said the City of Houston has a minimum of $150 for the first 20 miles, which I know not to be true. I called the place again and asked for the manager. Was given the run around over why I wanted the manager, then given an email address. They refused to give me her number. She replied to my email that she would call me Monday. I emailed her Tuesday and she replied that she would call again. Still haven t heard from her. Filing a complaint with the BBB and Tx Dept of Licensing and Registration. Deceptive Trade Practice crooks and liars.
