they offer traditional asian dishes as well as more unusual choices and always use very fresh (chinese) vegetables - not only carotts, onion and zucchini ;)

fu cheng praises itself as being a chinese restaurant that doesn't use any glutamat in the kitchen and still (or maybe exactly because of that) the food is very tasteful and delicious.

the noodles they serve are all freshly home-made and the service is fast and nice.
