superSTAR FITNESS BOOT CAMP - Palos Verdes Boot Camp

I have been actively working out for 30 years since I was 18 years old and I've never had a better workout.

I felt pushed but not overwhelmed and wanted to return to every session for I felt so GREAT after it was over. I have tried personal trainers and done lots of classes but this was the absolute best class ever. I was challenged every day and there was constant variety to the activities. We even played games. I was also outside looking at the beach.

I can't wait to do the class again!!!
