At the beginning of the process, all went well, he was able to meet me on time and provided me with the estimate with different roofs options.
He was kind throughout the time he was replacing the roof till the end.
The job was done properly and was delivered to me the way I expected. However, the reason for the low rating is that he promised to finish the work in 30 days and in reality it took 3 month to finish causing me to lose my home owners insurance since I depended on the final roof inspection to renew the insurance 2 moth after the promised delivery date.
2 month later after delivering the finish job, I received a Claim of Lien from a supplier even thou I had a document from LMC Roofing stating that I was released of all Liens.
After 2 moth requesting to resolve the issue and remove the Lien from my property and many calls between LMC Roofing and the supplier I got the Lien released.
Now, do I recommend LMC roofing? Yes, but I would make sure before the last payment is done to check with all the supplier for Release of Lien first.

I hired this roofing company fifteen ago and after a very long and hard work, I finally got my roof completely made and my wife extremely happy! She asked me for it and I did not have any other option than giving her the best roofing company’s services in Miami and lmc really knew how to convince me with those prices and payment options, and the best of all is that I got my wife happy, so good job guys!
