  One of my absolute favorite record stores in the World and most definitely in my top 5. They have an intense collection of obscure indie music, from rock, to minimal techno, to ambient electronica, you can pretty much find the music that matters here.

  Also located in a perfect area of the city, you can spend your day bumping into Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth), Yoko Ono and many more celebrities, while enjoying a beautiful day of flipping through dusty record bins, used vinyl and used CDs.

  record store in Manhattan with a wide variety of genres but with an emphasis on the underground and experimental from most centuries.
  sells tickets and hosts in-store shows.
