Mark answered the phone immediately when I called and came by when he promised to quote. On the day of the cleaning I wasn't ready (family issue) and he cheerfully adjusted their schedule to come back. The cleaning was wonderful, they was friendly to the pets, and even climbed the roof to do the skylights. All for a very reasonable rate. Polite, charming in all ways pleasant to deal with, that I look forward to using again.
