this place tucked into Kensington market is not cheap, but it’s worth it. The atmosphere is cozy and kitsch, but this place is not about style - its pure food substance. (A nice change in Toronto) You can order ostrich, venison, bison and even le cheval. Oui c’est vraie. They mix a brilliant beer, half oatmeal stout and half Morte Subite - they call it blackforest and it’s divine.
