Chang's is a relatively new addition to the Vienna Asian food scene and it seems to be picking up quite nicely.
The restaurants are all designed and furnished very modern, giving it a fresh and hip feel. The food is quite ok, with a few vegan and vegetarian options on the menu.
This is a very busy location being in the middle of Donau City, so you have lots of businessmen, politicians and diplomats hustling through, making it sometimes difficult to actually get a table.

Hot damn, a Formosa cafe in Vienna is a dream come true.
Formosa being the distributor of all the fine mock meats that every other vegan/vegetarian restaurant uses in their meals. The meals are all extremely hearty, full of fake meat, rice and salad, with a side of warm spiced soy milk included! They have a different soup almost everyday, this visit of mine being one of the best damn pumpking and mushroom soups I've ever had.
The service is attentive *almost* to the point of being over-bearing, but not quite reaching that point.
Prices are insanely affordable and it's hard to sit next to their fridges full of mock meats without taking home a few packages of whatever was just in the meal they served you.
The cafe area is smaller, with seating for 8, so if you are in a group of 3 or more, call ahead and reserve the big table.
Oh, not on the menu, but ask if they can make you a mixed plate, it's full of different mock meats and rice for 6.80 EUR and well worth it if they feel like making it for you.

Don't worry about the real meat on the menus, cause you can ask for the vegetarian menu which features almost all the same meals prepared blood-free.
The vegetarian General Tso's Chicken was out of control and the service was quick, attentive and extremely inviting to a handful of tourists asking a bunch of annoying questions about their food.

Quick Chinese takeaway, in cute little boxes.
The food is better than expected for something that looks perfectly geared to fast-food Chinese takeaway. No traditional staples of Americanized-Chinese takeout, such as Kung Pao Chicken or General Tso's, but still the effort in packaging is highly appreciated.
Several vegetarian options, including several lunch menus complete with a big soup and salad, for less than 8 EUR.

New Bamboo Center is all sorts of amazing.
The interior feels like a tiny asian restaurant on a small side street in New York! The owner and employees are beyond friendly, taking the time to explain everything on the menu, recommending us different dishes and thanked us about 1,000 times. The layout of the restaurant fits around 30-40 people, with open style cafe and family-style seating.
All of the dishes were beyond fresh, with my Ma Po Tofu being 'mild' but still having a bit of a kick and amazing flavors. The tofu tasted as if it had been marinated in Ma Po sauce for a few hours.
Also, every table has a huge pitcher of free ice water on the table! Score!

I really enjoy Top China.
Though it's not the most beautifully kept restaurant for dine-in, for what it is (a great Chinese takeout), it achieves. The owners are absolutely some of the friendliest people I've ever met and after my first visit they remembered my name, and now rush to greet me when I return.
Their menu is standard Chinese takeout fare, but all of their food is cooked in front of you, where it's completely ok to stand and watch them prepare your meal. They also are very enthusiastic to talk about their ingredients.
They also are more than happy to substitute any meat items with tofu, making me one of the best General Tso's Crispy Tofu dishes I've had in ages.

A vegan or vegetarian's dream come true.
All you can eat lunch buffet with over 10 dishes, plus soups, desert, sushi and rice. The majority of the buffet is vegan (just ask if you aren't sure what is or isn't). If an all you can eat buffet isn't your thing, they also have a super affordable lunch menu including many mock-meat dishes with tea and desert included.
Their dinner menu is also a treat. 50+ items, lots of mock-meat items (their fried chicken is incredible!). Great 'date spot' for young veggies or traveling veggies who want to get a taste of great Taiwanese vegetarian cooking.
The 1030 location is freshly renovated and superbly fit for the hip jetset. Sometimes overly-friendly waitresses, but, always a great place to eat and meet friends you haven't seen in months.

The 1070 location is a bit more aged and darker atmosphere. This is where you'll want to bring your parents or date when you want a nice quiet evening out with some great veggie food.
