At this time, it isn't packed as usual, but still fresh food was placed on the conveyor belt until it was full. The food is really fresh and there is a great variety. I prefer the steamed dumplings (Jiaozi) and the crispy shrimps with chillies. The sushi and maki are always fresh, too, and you get salmon, butterfish, tuna, mackerel, shrimp on rice (sushi) and also salmon sashimi as well as different kinds of maki (I especially love the California Maki with sesame seeds on top). Note that it will usually be hard to get a table without having a reservation!
