Expensive and trendy - but as Johannes van Dam wrote "here cooking and eating are part of theatrical setting" - so quite an experience.

My Spain colleague and me went there to watch the Euro 2008 - football game Spain against Russia (4:1).
We had some tapas in between - excellent tasting and a big choice that challanged quite unusual taste buds. I could not resist to take a dessert as well. The background music and cosy atmosphere near the bar surrounded fine our women chat.. "Lekker en gezellig" as the Dutch would say :-)...I can recommend it... .Ole!

Een veel bezoekde en bekende plek.
Eetcafe met een grote snack menu en terras aan het Spui.

Big Japanese place with private dining rooms.
Takeaway for eg. lunch is also possible. All you can eat menu for lunch and dinner.
