Very unique clothing, jewels, music and other items for guys and girls.
Lots of "how do" and DIY books and patterns. They also offer classes to learn how to sew and create certain items but also workshops where you can learn how to open your own boutique. Downstairs there is a great collection of vintage items, anything from a pimped out bar to lovely lacy kitchen aprons.

It's a theatre, that features independent movies and also features a bar.
Can't beat that. I had sworn off movie theatres all together and stuck to my netflix until being introduced to the Landmark Theatres (includes Chez Artiste and the Esquire). People are there because they really want to see the flick, so there are never any obnoxious 7th graders waiting to ruin your night. The last movie I saw there was Pans Labrynth, which I also highly recommend.
