Traditional as well as innovative dishes at a great price.
Friendly staff and a location that's close enough to the city center and to the über-hip Zuid neighbourhood. Cosy atmosphere inside and room for peoplewatching on the outside terrace at the borders of the river Scheldt.

Very large supermarket in the city center selling nothing but organic products.
Mostly food, but quite an extensive selection of cosmetics as well. Fresh meats and cheeses are available and there is a small restaurant using products from the shop.

Small place in the 'soon to be happening' Eilandje neighbourhood.
Great spot for a (decadent) breakfast, ranging from healty sandwiches full of veggies and accompanied by fresh fruit juice to the incredible "builders' breakfast" for the daring. Also has some lunch suggestions and home made desserts. Equally popular as a take-away destination for nearby office workers. Closed on saturday, open on sunday.
