At The Burrow we believe visual art education to be an essential part of a child’s upbringing. Having fun while learning the fundamentals of art at an early age can be beneficial to a child. Art teaches children problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate cognitively and utilize their imagination. Our drop-in and after school programs cater to kids ages 4 to 14. Our art programs will explore a wide variety of art mediums and techniques taught by knowledgeable artists. An extensive range of art materials will be on hand for children to use and learn to express themselves with. The Burrow provides a fun safe environment where children can get their hands dirty exploring, experiencing and learning art. We provide three different types of visual art programs: Open Studio, Art Classes and Workshops. Fall art classes that we are offering include Drawing and Painting, Paper Arts, sculpture, Little Hands Art Classes, Cartooning and more.

The Burrow Shop and gallery showcase Contemporary Fine Arts and Crafts as well as art materials. We carry ceramics, felted artwork, embroidery, paintings, silk-screened prints, and textiles. We also carry products by The Japanese Paper Place, Jon Partridge Pottery and The Little Odd Forest. Come check us out!
