Waiters/waitresses are sometimes somewhat confused and slow, but the food is usually good! I made some bad experience recently with the Bagels, they were toasted way too much and thus a bit on the dry and hard side...but usually it's just fine! And if you have a Mac laptop, you sure find some friends there quickly ;) The Chai Latte there is excellent, by the way!

) they have soymilk, even its not written somewhere, but they charge extra.
2.) only the "vollkorn-bagel" is without milk
3.) tell them to buy humus!

they always have new waiters/waitresses, some of them are really confused and slow.most of them are nice. you can hang out there for hours with your laptop, the wlans pretty ok.
and there are always people coming by that run to naschmarkt or alphaville...

edit: the coffee's great too.
