the library is a really nice place to be. you can read there, borrow books and dvds for almost nothing and also have a drink in the cafe on the top. the view from the "roof" is extraordinary. in the summer it is one of the "places to be" in vienna. i remember so much great evenenings with bottles of beer on the stairs.
