Cool place (love the enormous disco ball hanging from the ceiling) and good food. The 'gemüse curry mit Kichererbsen' was awesome. If they would only make that dirty-looking purple couch more comfortable (and less dirty-looking)...

My favorite place to eat within the MQ - it's great for a takeaway as well. I really like the salads here as well as the pita bread - chicken is my preferred selection here. It can get quite busy so sometimes it's a little wait though.

Simply the best! At least inside MQ. While wandering between different museums and workspaces at museums quartier you might wanna try this place. Step inside (or the terrace outside) and get comfy. All food on the menu is awesome! Salads are huge and tasty, Pita sandwiches are great too. If you're a fan of ice tea make sure to try their homemade version. It is super!

I wasn't sure if I should go for 4 or 5 stars... but what the heck!

This is my favourite place in MQ by far. My favourite dish, the halloumi slad, was taken off the list, but is now back, yey! It is very oily, so some might say is too heavy for a salad, but you definitely wont feel hungry after! Also the pitas are excellent and at least the chicken pita is pretty big. Also rice dishes seem good.

The indoors can be smoky and unfortunately the non-smoking area has only small tables. Anyway this is not the place for groups, since it seems to be always full.

Great food (especially the veggie pittas), but gratingly slow service.

Definitely worth a visit. Nice pitas, good selection of beers, wifi + couches.

I've just had delicious Curry Soup and Mozarella Pita. Coffee is good as well. Sitting here and writing this review in their Freewave Wifi

This is my favourite place to start the day.

They have a daily menue and some of the meals I've tried were so good that I had to congratulate the chef personally. Service personnel is very very friendly, it has a nice and very sunny garden and WLAN both indoor and in the garden. The only catch is that it's often overcrowded - it seems that I am not the only person that likes this place ;-)

I've even spotted the Backgammon and Chess boards, so there's an idea for a perfect afternoon!

The Kantine is a Museums Quartier favorite, with a large garden seating area in the summer, and plenty of life and music inside during the winter. This place is usually packed, so large groups beware, you probably won't find a spot during the rush time periods.

Right in the middle of MQ's 'Electric Avenue', you can take two-steps next door into the book shop, buy the latest issue of Architectural Digest and head back into Kantine for a coffee and afternoon of comfortable and warm reading time.

Has quite a few options for vegetarians, but the vegan options are a bit slim, but hey, it's getting there. The tofu-salad is always fresh and knusprig.
