    The Leopold Museum has a great collection of art by Klimt, Schiele etc. There are more than 5000 pieces collected by Rudolf and Elisabeth Leopold over many years and these are now available for public viewing through the Leopold Museum. This museum is definitely a very important contribution to modern Austrian art, and the arts community. It is definitely worth a visit for those whom like thi genre, and are open to modern and creative exhibitions.
    The Leopold Museum is located centrally in the Museums Quarter in Vienna, off Mariahilferstrasse - one of the main shopping streets of Vienna. The closest U-Bahn stations are Museumsquartier and Neubaugasse.

    It has an impressive permanent collection of contemporary art (the usual suspects of Austrian art, but not only) and usually interesting temporary exhibitions.
    I visited it twice only, tho - and that's because of the very high price. This is also why it only gets four stars and not five.
    For some reason they don't give you the opportunity to only get a ticket to see the temporary exhibition, and that makes it very pricey, so in the end you don't go there as much as you could. That's a pity, because it's one of my favourite museums! Recommended, though, if you haven't gone there yet, do it at least once!
