Breakfast is great, but a bit too expensive. Coffee is okay.

Meh. I didn't like this bar. The waiters aren't vert friendly, the drinks are overpriced, and it's actually one of the few places where they started being insistent asking if we wanted anything more to get the table back. This gave me a bad impression because it barely has ever happened to me in Vienna. The decor's fancy, it's pretty, but pretentious. I don't think I'll go back.

I'm taking Rochus down a notch. While everything I wrote in my previous review stands, and I still think there are many good things about this cafe, there is a lot to be improved.

    1. The prices are sometimes insanely high.
    2. The smokiness of the venue completely ruins it for me. I don't want to smell like I've been in a bar for hours if I simply went out for brunch.

Der cafe schmeckt um den i punkt besser ( er wird auch schöner pressentiert)

The best breakfast in the Third and, perhaps, one of the finest in Vienna. The menu is expansive and the staff is extraordinarily friendly. The food is of relatively high quality and is pulled off pretty well. While it's not astonishingly good, it is better than most.

Rochus has a lot on offer and, here's something most won't know, the coffee is some of the best in the city -- especially if you steer toward the Italian section of the coffee menu.
