Whether you're a professional KonditorIn or just looking for a bit of wacky deco for your best friend's birthday cake, SÜWAG is the place to go.
Their shop on Sechshauserstrasse may seem a little weird and rather tiny at first, but they have just about anything you could possibly ask for. Make sure you have enough time, there's a lot to look at and things may progress rather slowly. I found it worth the wait and being squeezed in between old ladies and baroque wedding cake decorations though. The owner gave me a bag of free candy and i spent all the money i had on me on delightful little things. I'll be back in time for Christmas.
PS.: Make sure you ask the owner about her collection of owls!
