From a run down (but very cosy) place (who of us 35+ hadn't had a "Fetzen" there in a warm summer night back in the eighties). These days (remember it is close to the Naschmarkt) it reflects the development of its former guests and is now a restaurant serving what you get in a typical new-opened place. Yet the new patrom has kept some of the flair and the kitchen is interesting enough to give it a chance.
