The service is extraordinary, the waiters more than friendly and extremely helpful, the menu short but anything on there is exquisite. I ordered Tafelspitz, and even though I usually do not like Tafelspitz I loved it.
The wine "card" actually comes in two books - one for white one for red wine. Same goes for the Schnaps-card, which also comes as a "hardcover" and offers detailed information.
One of the best meals I have had so far and the best treatment ever.

I've been to Vienna twice before this trip, and this particular dinner was by far the best I have ever eaten! Order anything, and everything! The wine list is a novel, so know what you are looking for. Or ask the manager, he is more than helpful when choosing the right thing for your tastes. Mmmm! I look forward to going back to Vienna just for the meals at the White Chimney Sweeper!!

The food was good. The interior is Austrian, country-style. The service was beyond excellent (when were you last greeted by name in a restaurant you had only been to once before?). Very friendly, even though me and my friends were dressed like tourists. A big wine list, an even bigger Schnapps list, and they claim to have the right glass for every Schnapps.
