Chez Bow Wow claims it grooms cats. We took our Himalayan there and he came back looking like a scalped rat. We had even given them a picture of him after he had been groomed by someone in another city that had done a good job so they could see what we wanted him to look like. They never followed the picture. When we brought him back home our other cats hissed at him--they didn't even know who he was. So beware!
