In the corner of Schäfergasse/Stephanstrasse, one block north from the Zeil main shopping street, is a small kiosk with a few tables outside. The service is excellent, as well as the lachs sushi (which is what I always eat). Despite the kiosk being a simple and direct place there is also a website and phone number for ordering and delivery. The price is good, 2.20 euros for a pair of lachs suchi.
