Zanoni & Zanoni

I'm one of those people who love to grab an ice-cream-cone on a hot day (I never sit down, so I don't really care about what the place looks like or anything, I just want my cone!) and zanoni is the place with the best value for the money you spend. there's the "blumentüte" for 2€ which I'd recommend to choose. also, there are (too few but still) vegan kinds available.

Very crowded so hard to get a seat and the ice cream is a bit too sweet for my taste. Good thing is that they are open all year round.

The ice cream is very tasty, but the service is horrible.

Also hier ist es wirklich extrem lecker. Eine der besten Eis-Adressen Wiens mitten in der City.

ich bin ja nun schon einige jaehrchen vegan und vermisse eigentlich auch nichts in meinem taeglichen leben. rein essenstechnisch. ok, zugegeben, im sommer werfe ich schon den ein oder anderen neidischen blick auf die leutchen mit eistueten. eiscreme gehoert einfach zu einem gelungenen sommer, oder?
dank zanoni koennen dieses (und hoffentlich in allen folgenden)jahr(en) meine sehnsuechtigen blicke ausbleiben, und zwar aus genau 3 gruenden: erdbeerjoghurt, nutella und schokoeis. vegan, zuckerfrei, cholesterinfrei und glutenfrei. mein sommer ist gerettet!

Having walked the streets of Vienna for years, I've always had a feeling of emptiness, one with which only proper vegan ice cream could fill. Well, Zanoni filled it.

I can't stress the importance here. Not content with playing around with weak fruit flavored frozen ice and calling it vegan-friendly ice cream, Zanoni has gone out of their way to offer several flavors of lactose-free, cholesterol-free ice cream, that actually taste like ice-cream. I highly recommend the chocolate / Nutella mix!

Open 365-days a year for added potential, cheap and plentiful portions which will give brain-freeze for your entire walk home.

It's an institution, and they have great ice-cream. Hard to get a table in summer, but their takeaway ice-cream is great too.

what makes this place special for me is that it's open every day of the year, no matter whether it's weekend, holiday, xmas etc.

You can always go there and get yummy icecream; as far as i remember, the opening hours are from 7:30 am to midnight. yay!

This is THE place for ice cream in Vienna!
Not only is the ice cream delicious, but the service is most excellent. No matter how busy the place, your order will arrive within minutes. They have an outdoors heating system, which makes it possible to eat ice cream in winter, sitting outside. It doesn't get better than that.
