I went there last night. It wasn't crowded or noisy. However, I paid 10,50E for a mediocre gin gimlet that has given me a splitting headache. That's more than I have ever paid for a cocktail in Vienna, including in the Sky Bar. The service was alright, but the clientele was a bit annoying, more so than in other upscale places. I prefer the Hilton Am Stadtpark.
