bagels aren't popular in vienna. and I feel like they won't ever be.
I think the concept of that store is nice. you can choose from a huge variety of spreads and bagels. the service is nice, the coffee was delicious. but it's far too expensive. you get more tasty stuff at bakeries for a much fairer price. I wouldn't have gone there if I hadn't got a coupon.
still, I think, it's a good idea just to go there to buy a plain bagel and eat it at home. they have wonderful sweet bagels (blueberry, raisins&cinnamon, chocolate chip etc.) that are affordable!
Yum! The concept reminds me of Subway, only with bagels instead of subs: Hardly any waiting time, lots of customization options, everything's prepared for you right in front of your eyes... and it's slightly overpriced. Good way to start your day, though. I loved the Bagel Station shake, and will be back for more.
Although there are subtle differences and the waiters don't know me when I come in, this is basically the same as the one in the 6th. I like their bagles.
