If you want to chill-out or start your night easy, this is a good spot to do so. Also The Cafe Europa hosts a sweet little dance club in the back, separated from the cafe by a sci-fi like slide-door.

If you want to smell like an ashtray, go there. It is horrible! The air is getting so thick from smoke in the evening that it is really unbearable. I do smoke occasionally, but in there I don´t like to do so. Pity, because the place is actually quite nice...

To me, Cafe Europa is less of a destination than a fallback: It's the place to go for a bite after midnight (that isn't McDonald's), and the place we always seem to end up at when we can think of nothing else. Decent size, pleasant atmosphere, good tunafish Ciabatta.

A good cafe by day, Europa offers good breakfast and hot meals, free wifi and a decent atmosphere. The service crawls to a halt when the place gets crowded, but then they are one of the few spots that don't disregard an order for a large glass of water to go with your coffee.

At night, it's kind of a different story though - drinking your beer while seated around tables is a pretty isolating experience, and the audience which seems to have a more generic, bland vibe to it than in other venues in the district adds to that. Also, if you're not at the bar, ten to fifteen minutes for the process of ordering and receiving your drink is not unusual.

I like sitting outside in summer, inside its a bit too noisy for my taste.

Café Europa is a classic since ever in this town. Unlike a lot other hip 7th district venues, which use to disappear after while again, Café Europa's pleasant atmosphere is timeless.

I really love this place. It's one of the rare places where you can get something decent to eat after midnight. It has WLAN and these huge windows looking to Zollergasse. Add a cup of Schwarztee mit Rum, und what else do you need in life?

It's one of the few places , where you meet more woman than men ! If you want to get a seat , you should be there before 19:00.

Cafe Europa is a classic.

You can get very decent food until 4 AM which is unfortunately still pretty rare in this city.

The cocktails are pretty good - you won't have to break out in tears when you taste their Mojito.

While I definitely wouldn't go there for the coffee alone, you can drink it though and be OK satisfied.

The staff varies but mostly they've been pretty cool and amicable.

Cafe Europa is regularly overcrowded before 1 AM.

You can get vegan food there but there's not a lot of choice - salad or the seitan sandwich with mustard instead of the curry sauce. But at four in the morning that's more than often the thing that just hits the spot.

I like this place a lot. Good food, served till what, 3 AM? Nice terrace in the summer (especially when they fill up their parking space). Downsides: Noisy, crowded, smoky, sometimes slow service.

One of the hot spots for the hip and beautiful in the 7th district. Europa has lots of style and flair, some of which will rub off on you while you're posing so artfully, enjoying your cup of coffee or Wiener Frühstück.

Also has a dark and hip danceclub hidden behind the backwall (which you can open by placing your hand on a futuristic security panel) featuring sometimes famous DJs spinning the latest house, techno and dance vinyl almost every evening.
