Kantine

Wie oft ich hier schon gegessen habe, könnte ich mich beim besten Willen nicht mehr erinnern. Bis jetzt hat eigentlich fast alles gut geschmeckt, die Preise finde ich in Ordnung. Manchmal sind die Menü's halt nicht soo aufregend und irgendwann werden die Pitas auch mal langweilig - übrig gelassen habe ich trotzdem noch nie etwas.
Wer im Sommer im Lokal oder im Gastgarten keinen Platz findet kann das Essen übrigens auch zum Mitnehmen bekommen und dann im Hof auf einem Enzi essen.

Mir gefällt sehr in der Kantine, auch wenn's etwas eng ist. Aber Meetings sollte man vielleicht doch woanders machen.

Immer wieder lecker. Ich find die Atmosphäre super, vom MQ im Allgemeinen und von der Kantine im Besonderen. Essen ist gut und billig und es wird fast ausschließlich mit Bio-Produkten gekocht. Suppen und Pitas sind und bleiben klasse.

Klasse Essen, aber üüüübel verrauchte Luft, die einem den Appetit abdreht. Schade!

die kantine ist eins der lokale im "hippen" mq. es gibt gutes essen - vor allem die pita-sandwiches sind sehr zu empfehlen. wie hier schon erwähnt wurde, ist es leider meistens überfüllt, aber so ist das nun mal mit den locoations im mq. was vielleicht noch erwähnt werden sollte ist, dass es auch eine englische speisekarte gibt.

I've just had delicious Curry Soup and Mozarella Pita. Coffee is good as well. Sitting here and writing this review in their Freewave Wifi

ich hab dort schimmligen topfenstrudel bekommen, was das personal nicht sonderlich beeindruckt hatte. seitdem meid ich das lokal eher ;)

Hab früher dort lieber gegessen, IMHO ist die Essensqualität gesunken.

Aber hey, MQ ist MQ, und wer dort lünched is cool, oda?

This is my favourite place to start the day.

They have a daily menue and some of the meals I've tried were so good that I had to congratulate the chef personally. Service personnel is very very friendly, it has a nice and very sunny garden and WLAN both indoor and in the garden. The only catch is that it's often overcrowded - it seems that I am not the only person that likes this place ;-)

I've even spotted the Backgammon and Chess boards, so there's an idea for a perfect afternoon!

The Kantine is a Museums Quartier favorite, with a large garden seating area in the summer, and plenty of life and music inside during the winter. This place is usually packed, so large groups beware, you probably won't find a spot during the rush time periods.

Right in the middle of MQ's 'Electric Avenue', you can take two-steps next door into the book shop, buy the latest issue of Architectural Digest and head back into Kantine for a coffee and afternoon of comfortable and warm reading time.

Has quite a few options for vegetarians, but the vegan options are a bit slim, but hey, it's getting there. The tofu-salad is always fresh and knusprig.
