One of the best Vietnamese in the city (Falter agrees!) the Saigon caters to vegetarians as well as meat mouths. Their lunch menus are plentiful and quite affordable and their service is always pleasant to interact with. Their attention to detail is outstanding and their fishtanks are always fun to watch while waiting for my vegetable tofu wok to arrive.
