In Kantine m101 you will find the "normal" working people during lunch ordering the menu of the day (usually two different offers, changes weekly, closed on Sundays). Traditional dishes sometimes created in a modern way - very reasonable pricing. In summer very nice place to sit outside in the quiet inner courtyard.

Kantine m101 is somewhat of an insider tip: it let's you escape the Mariahilferstreet madness and have a decent meal in the Innenhof. It really is a local kantine for many architects working in nearby offices and it features two daily menues which don't cost much (5-7 Euros) and taste really good. The only thing that bothers me a bit is it's interior: although pretty slick (designed by a local architect) it's somewhat depressing ;-)
In sommer there's a garden in the innenhof. I think it's closed sundays.
