Meat meat meat meat meat. With a little bit of salad. This Brazilian steakhouse is like Old Country Buffet for the beef crowd. Here's how it works. You get seated around tables that surround a HUGE salad bar (also known as "filler"). Next to each plate is a disk, kind of like a beer coaster, one side red, one side green. When you flip the coaster to green, men descend upon you laden with skewers of beef (also some lamb and chicken for variety), which they slice onto your plate. When the coaster is on the red side, the meat men ignore you. It is a very filling arrangement. VERY filling. Homer Simpson would be in heaven. The meats range from filets to top and bottom roasts. There are also some excellent bacon-wrapped options. The wine list is expensive, as are the drinks. The salad bar has lots of options, but why would you go to this place to eat cow food? You're there to eat the COW.
