Oh Yeah! They will make things not on the menu for you too. Scallion Pancakes and Spicy Cold Sesame Noodles to DIE FOR! Friendly people who ask you about your family. Not a lot of ambiance, but good food.

I really enjoy Top China. Though it's not the most beautifully kept restaurant for dine-in, for what it is (a great Chinese takeout), it achieves. The owners are absolutely some of the friendliest people I've ever met and after my first visit they remembered my name, and now rush to greet me when I return.

Their menu is standard Chinese takeout fare, but all of their food is cooked in front of you, where it's completely ok to stand and watch them prepare your meal. They also are very enthusiastic to talk about their ingredients.

They also are more than happy to substitute any meat items with tofu, making me one of the best General Tso's Crispy Tofu dishes I've had in ages.
