lonely planet proclaimed in 2006 celica as the hippest hostel in the world. built in the old prison in an former casern area, the hostel provides a dormitory, several rooms and cells. the cells being real cells with metal doors etc., but designed and redecorated by several architects. i was 'lucky' and got the one cell, which was really scary and scarce (cell 119).
