Coffee was quite good, they used vanilla-flavored soy milk, which always results in a few extra kudo points in my book. Staff was actually pleasant, unlike the Coffee Fellows greener competitor.
Upstairs cafe was quite pleasant, music wasn't loud, wifi was fast and solid and their internet prices were quite acceptable. Quick tip, Hotel Excelsior across the street has free and open wifi, which you can use from the downstairs cafe here ;)
