The Shoppe

It's a cupcake/cereal bar; need I say more? One of the friendlier, laidback spaces on East Colfax, brought to you by one-half of the neighboring Fabric Lab. Vegan cupcake lovers need not fret; The Shoppe assures that they will be expanding their three-flavor offering in the near future. You CAN probably purchase your own cereal and enjoy it in a much cheaper fashion, but this is the place to chill out with like-minded folks while browsing their selection of design goods or cheering for your favorite Project Runway contestant.

I really really love this place. They have a great variety of design books, great cupcakes and pastries and cereal!!! They also have this awesome blindbox cupcake with a surprise Munny doll inside. They have a DJ that spins every Friday night. Open late Friday and Saturday until 2am. All and all it's a great place to hang and catch up with people. This place is definitely for the hipper, more savvy crowd.

I'm love what the owner has done with the Colfax block. She also owns The Fabric Lab. They also plan to put a patio out in the summer, which will be awesome! I just wish I wasn't leaving Denver so I can enjoy it more often.
