Pho Thin

There's so much things to say about this newly built restaurant called Pho Thin. My family and I decided to give this place a try on Sept 8, 2008 and our first impression of this place was pretty fresh. There were alot of people there and because of that we assumed that their pho must be pretty good. But sure were we wrong when the bus boy had sat us down to wait for our order. While observing, I noticed that he wouldn't cleaned the unoccupied tables but rather pick up the tip money as if that was all that matters. Than, he picked up all the plates accept for the plate of salad. In the VIetnamese culture, it is a MUST that we add lettuces and radishes in our bowl of warm soup. After he left, he never came back to clean the tables. He continued to pick the bowls and the cash but never cleaned the tables. Pretty soon, many people were waiting to get seated. He was probably the worst bus boy ever. After a good ten minutes, we were never asked about what we wanted to order, we also didn't even get asked for any beverages. When the bus boy came to us about a good 20 minutes of waiting, he was pretty rude and wasn't professional. He gave us our drinks and added in the salad for our ordered soup. We noticed that the salad on the plate looked worn out and used. We even found a squeezed lemon in our plate. When complained to the cashier woman, she was polite about it but rather snobby. We didn't get refund from it and in addition the noodles were plain and the meat looked like it could still be cooked a bit. I don't think I'll be expected to come back to this place. All in all I give this place a 1/5. Those who thinks this place is good need to look again. Bad service and rude employees.
