Selten so gut gegessen! Sperren aber für ein Frühstück leider recht spät auf.

could become my favourite spot at yppenplatz. I can highly recommend the tasty fitness sandwich for € 2,40 (with cucumber, tomato, avocado and pumpkin seed oil). want to come back for breakfast!

My tip: Try the exotic salad, avocado and chicken on salad, with typical Austrian pumpkin seed oil.

Delicious coffee, great staff, friendly & relaxed atmosphere.. can't wait for the schanigarten to open again.
Update: I had the An-Do breakfast today, and it's definitely worth 5 stars. Simple, yet extremely fresh and tasty...have to have it again soon! :)

Possibly the friendliest staff in the city, the single food sampling I had so far was great.
The kindergarten size table pressed a bit too hard against my knees, though.

I've had some nice meals here :) The exotic salad is great. It's the sister restaurant to Do-An on the Naschmarkt.

The An-Do is one of Yppenplatz's main arteries for stylish eating in the up and coming area of teh 16th. The employees are extremely nice, attentive and usually remember you after a few trips. All of the meals use extremely fresh ingredients and there are quite a few vegetarian and possibly some vegan options as well. Their tofu sandwiches are less than 3 EUR and one of the tastiest I've ever had.

DJ and live music events occur in the back room, which I think used to be an old meat-locker, only instead of slabs of beef hanging out, there is now trendy artwork from local Vienna artists.
