"Why are all these products from Denmark?", I wondered as I glanced through the selection of 2 for 1,-EUR cards, pretty candles, assorted children's toys, and--get this--Moleskine-LIKE notebooks (The A4 size runs for 3,-EUR, while the pocket-size one runs for 1). OH, that's right, because Tiger is a Danish company! I'd never heard of the place before, until this happy detour, where I contemplated getting a heart-shaped pan and a baby bath glove with animals on each finger...just because. Just when you thought you've finally combatted conspicuous consumption, Tiger just might make you break your vows.
