What can I say, I like high end, high priced, Italian leather goods. The first time I walked in I was a little nervous. I thought the staff would pull that snobtastic, nose turn b.s... no no. Uber kind and helpful. The first few time I just went to do some window shopping. No pressure to buy what so ever. When I did decide to make a purchase the staff was incredibly helpful. Since then I've gone and spent money that I shouldn't be on great items that will last my life time.
p.s. trunk shows are fun!
