One SF's greatest vegetarian restaurants. A bit upscale and pricey, but totally fucking worth it and always a must stop whenever I'm in town.
There's no dress-code, but don't fool yourself into thinking you can show up in your Birkenstocks. The service is always attentive and helpful for picky vegans and meals usually ranges in the $20-$30 region, so bring that credit card.
Also, dinner-only folks, so, get your lunch takeout somewhere else.
