Very unique clothing, jewels, music and other items for guys and girls. Lots of "how do" and DIY books and patterns. They also offer classes to learn how to sew and create certain items but also workshops where you can learn how to open your own boutique. Downstairs there is a great collection of vintage items, anything from a pimped out bar to lovely lacy kitchen aprons.
I agree with the Cowboy. Fancy Tiger is a neat place to get your local wares and fosters a sense of community. It seems that everybody in there knows everybody; if not, you probably will soon, either because you're checking out the same item or you're taking a class together. Everything is very cute.
Fancy Tiger is a great local DIY fashion and art stop. The selection is limited, but covers a wide range of products. Clothing for boys and gulls, art for your walls, art for your coffee tables, art for your body, not to mention books on DIY shirt printing and producing your own zines. My personal favorites include bracelets made out of record vinyl and albums from the local music scene (many of which can be heard two doors down at the Hi-Dive). Take a nice little break from the vintage madness of Broadway.
