I agree with the Cowboy--Cafe Europa IS a nice spot, with an unassuming exterior but tasteful interior and offering very comfortable seating of various shapes and sizes. Since I've only partaken in their coffee drinks, I can only vouch for those, my favorite being the "Dark Toffee" which is a mocha with toffee syrup and dark chocolate powder by Ghirardelli. The "Florentine," which is half coffee, half hot chocolate isn't too bad, either. Soy milk can be yours for a little extra.

A nice little neighborhood cafe, Europa provides a quiet respite from the bustle of the day. This is a warm and inviting environment, where people have the courtesy to take their phone conversations outside. Europa has wonderful decor that is pleasing without being presumptuous. The walls come complete with modernist works on one side and impressionist paintings on the other (some of which are for sale). They offer bagels and sandwiches along with plenty of drink options. The tea selection is probably the highlight, with fresh loose teas and an entire list to choose from. My personal favorite is a pineapple infused green tea.
