Popular downtown bar with plenty to offer. The decor has to be seen to be understood. All I can say is that there is an artificial tree, plenty of muted blue and red lighting with white birds hanging from the ceiling. DD has a trendy atmosphere without seeming like its trying too hard. Split level, with tables and stools on the lower level and a more open area on the upper. There are often a few bits of unique artwork displayed on the upper level, as well. If you go, be sure to order the special drink that comes from a glowing red tank behind the bar (a house recipe that combines over a dozen spirits). It is tasty, but packs a well conceled punch.
